TatMapper and its first-party source code, documentation, artwork, and other
materials are proprietary. No license or permission to use, copy, modify,
publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, create derivative works from, or
otherwise exploit those materials is granted by making this repository or any
copy of it available.

Any permission must be granted in a separate written agreement signed by
Bradley C. Peter or a later legal rights holder that has received a documented
assignment of the relevant rights. Possession of the source code does not imply
such permission.

Third-party software and assets remain governed by their respective licenses.
Those notices are collected in `THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md` and, where applicable,
beside the relevant asset. Nothing in this file replaces, limits, or
misrepresents those third-party rights.
